I was here for a birthday cake, celebrating my son's 5 years. We requested a sloth cake for his birthday and it was the most lifelike sloth ever! They are so creative and skilled at making absolutely the most visually stunning cakes that even taste diving! I'm so fond of this place and have already placed an order for our wedding cake. Their wedding cakes are also popular for being the best ever! Highly recommend this custom cake maker if you are planning to celebrate in Dunedin or Mosgiel.

Ordered a custom vegan heart-shaped cake and it was honestly the best cake I have ever had!
The appearance of the cake was perfect! It looked so beautiful, and somehow even better in person!
The cake itself tasted as good as it looked! It was raspberry pistachio, and it was the perfect flavour, pleasantly sweet without going overboard. The cake was light, fluffy, and melted in your mouth. I've never had cake that was that perfect texture before, both vegan and non vegan.
The service was great! The owner is lovely and clear, and defiantly puts a lot of love and care into all of her creations.

Zina made a beautiful cake for our daughters 21st. We sent her photos and she made it just how we wanted it. She had lots of delicious flavours to choose from and the cake tasted devine. She also made an extra gluten free cupcake for one of the guests. Pick up was easy with the cake being beautifully packaged for easy transport. Would definitely recommend Criollo Designer Cakes.
