Our unique chocolate and patisserie making courses are an ideal gift, day out for an indulgent hen party, or the perfect corporate team building or entertainment event.
Here at Criollo we pride ourselves on the quality of our creations, and the same goes for our events. You can learn how to pipe and roll chocolate truffles using some of the worlds finest chocolate in our truffle making course. If you prefer an even softer centre we will show you how to create your own sea salt caramels. For those of you who like to have your cake, and eat it we also hold patisserie courses where you can learn to make classic desserts or a european style cake.

Ready to get messy? A Truffle making course at Criollo is an ideal gift or day out for any chocolate fan.
Held at our premise in Henderson, we will take you through the process from bean to bar, do you know where chocolate comes from? Have you ever tried cacao nibs before? Now could be your chance with a quick run through of the process from bean to bar and then a tasting of the chocolate that we use, teaching those tastebuds how to really pick up on flavour.
After a demonstration on how to make the perfect ganache for your truffles its now time to really get messy when we let you loose with the chocolate, but don't worry, we will be on hand throughout if you get a bit stuck.
You will be piping, mixing, roasting and once your ganache has set we will show you how to roll and dust with cocoa powder before packaging them away in boxes.
These courses are usually held on a Saturday (other days can be arranged on request) and takes approx 2.5 to 3 hours
